A space just for you. A place to unwind, let go, heal, and reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence. Each session is fully tailored to your unique needs, desires, and goals. We can focus on:
Somatic Experiencing – Working though trauma, relational wounding, and re-writing the bodies stories of suffering. SE ™ is a revolutionary therapeutic approach that focuses on healing trauma through felt sensations in the body. While woven into all my offerings, it's experienced most in 1:1 sessions.
Mind-Body Coaching – Embodying the path toward your future goals with clarity and confidence.
Personalized Qigong Training and Assessments – Receive assessments of the subtle qualities of your energy flow, help, balance your Qi, and recommend qigong exercises to assist your personal cultivation or healing goals. 1:1 I can sense into the energetic and spiritual qualities of your groundedness, your connection to source energy, and your connection to your higher self (the Shen in Chinese Medicine).
An Intuitive Blend – A personalized combination of all three, designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Are we a good fit to work together?
I want to make sure you get the right kind of support for where you are in your journey. At this time, I may not be the best fit for you if:
You are in an active crisis state or in significant distress and looking for someone to rescue you with a magical quick fix instead of being able to hold yourself to do your own internal work.
You are in the early phases of trauma recovery or experiencing unstable mental or physical symptoms that make daily functioning difficult.
You are currently in or freshly out of an abusive relationship - this may be with yourself or others. If you are actively struggling with self-harm, an untreated eating disorder, chaotic cycles of addiction, or problematic substance use, coaching may not be what fits your needs best at this time.
You do not have the space, time, resources, or stability needed to prioritize growth right now. Your well-being and capacity comes first.
If any of this resonates, I lovingly encourage you to seek support from a social worker, psychotherapist, and/or clinical psychologist who can provide the level of care you deserve. I would not want our work together to delay or sidestep other care that would be of greater benefit to you first.
That said, I’m here when you’re ready.
If you’re managing stable symptoms, in the later stages of recovery, and have some healing work under your belt, I can work alongside your psychotherapist as part of your healing team.
If you’re not quite sure whether we’re the right fit at this time, you’re welcome to book a free connection call and fill out my contact form with what's going on in your process right now, and we can figure it out together.
