In some sessions, I may offer optional hands-on techniques to support somatic awareness, grounding, and energy work. Any touch is entirely optional, and you always have the right to decline, modify, or withdraw consent at any time—before or during a session.

• Before using touch, I will always ask for your explicit consent.

• You can change your mind at any moment, and I will immediately respect your decision.

• If at any time you feel uncomfortable, you are encouraged to speak up, and we will adjust accordingly.

• Alternative non-touch methods are always available to achieve similar results.
