I SUPPORT TENDER HEARTS AND SPIRITS.
Are you yearning to find a safe and nurturing home within yourself? Curious to know and understand yourself, your body, and your energy in a more meaningful way?
I hold space for you to explore the parts of yourself you may be afraid of or have had to face alone with a safe and compassionate presence.
I am here to help you uncover your unique essence, to bring a healing touch to what has hurt and harmed you, and experience more of the radiant aliveness that might be hiding under the pain.
Together, we will find how to hold yourself with grace, ease, and kind presence through life’s big, beautiful, and often messy moments.
This work is deeply personal to me.
I know what it means to feel disconnected to yourself, others, and the existence of all things around you. To carry the weight of survival, and to wonder if ease and joy are truly possible. When I felt the odds were against me, I found practices that not only kept me alive but allowed me to find pleasure in presence, a sense of wonder and playfulness, and delightful curiosity in the world around me. For me, it feels like my life's mission and joy is to share what has helped me with humans like you.
I am not here to “fix” you
Because I do not believe are broken. My role is to listen, attune, and guide the unfolding of what already exists within you. You already hold both the locks making you feel stagnant, and the keys to create change. I am here to help you find the matching sets, and to release the chains that burden you.
the magic of this work
Once you start recognizing the patterns of unlocking, you begin to do it intuitively, reaching out only when new layers emerge. Through our work, you will reconnect with your authenticity, your inner strength, and the gentleness that makes you whole. These are not just concepts; they are embodied skills your nervous system will begin to memorize, allowing you to carry this transformation beyond our sessions and into your everyday life.
I am passionate about breaking away from the toxic cultural norms that no longer serve us AND embracing the magic held within the ordinary. Together, we will find the sweetness in the small, meaningful moments - the ones that nourish your spirit and remind you of your cherished aliveness. You will learn how to hold them close and let them fuel you.
This journey of healing, unlearning, and reclaiming is an ongoing process, and I believe we are all walking each other home. Every session, every exchange, is a mutual unfolding. I learn and am inspired just as much from you as you are from our work together, and I am deeply grateful for this shared collaboration.
I'm in it with you & for you.
I am committed to my own journey which allows me to practice what I preach. I am in my own talk therapy, I work with a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I connect with others in community that has been my saving grace, and I have a devotion to my own spiritual practice.
I also seek continued trainings, mentorship, and advanced consultation for clients I need new skills to support.
The heart of my work is to help you remember that you belong to yourself. You are capable of holding both your softness and your power. And you are worthy of feeling deeply, fully alive.
Let’s explore the radiance of your true self, together.

fun facts...
When I was younger, I was completely captivated by movies where the 'good guys' could expertly read body language to track down the 'bad guys'. In middle school, I spent hours watching YouTube videos of professionals breaking down these skills, dreaming of the day I could do something similar. Fast forward to now, and my inner child is thrilled that I'm developing the ability to notice even the subtlest shifts in body language. Instead of chasing villains, I use these tracking skills to guide healing and transformation—which, in my opinion, is even more neat.
I have the sweetest, goofiest, 9 lbs beefcake of a rescue chihuahua mix. Her name is Eye-Soul (Isol), and she is a very special being with lots of love, cuddles, and wrestles to share.
I can see Qi with my eyes. I’ve been able to since I was a tiny kid, though I didn’t know what it was at the time. While I don’t see the full color of the aura very often, I can see a white glow like a halo around people, animals, trees, and other objects. It’s fascinating to watch my qigong students essentially “light up” as they gather more energy during practice.
a few more fun facts...
While I knew I was deeply unsatisfied working as a nurse, I spent years not knowing what I wanted to do instead. After my first somatic session, I had this huge “aha” moment: One, I needed this. Two, that THIS was how I wanted to work and support people and their bodies. It just clicked. Qigong clicked the same way, on an energetic level. It feels so good to find my my soul was seeking.
I love contact improv! It was the start of my embodiment journey in a way that yoga never quite reached. It made me realize that free flow dancing with others is my favorite form of medicine.
I’m really good at finding fasciated flowers. (The one's with genetic mutations like two headed twins or once even triplets!)
I have an unwavering belief that Avatar: The Last Airbender is one of the greatest works of art of all time. Qigong makes me feel like an energy bender and I love sharing it.
